Generally I stay here once per year. Overall I love the location and that’s the main reason I come back… very walkable to Nanjing Rd - Suzhou river - people square station. Nice rooms - cooking appliances. Only issue I had on this particular trip was the wifi… never seemed to work that well as it had previously.. it’s one network across the hotel rather than individually for rooms.

We are traveling from US. We’ve been to many places in China. This hotel is the worst we’ve had, but the location was great. The reason I chose this hotel was because it’s a service apartment. I traveled with 2 teenagers. The bathroom was the worst. The water kept leaking on the floor from the bathtub when showering. The bathroom floor had a drainage that smelled bad and made the entire apartment smell like sewer water. The apartment also smells like smoke from other peoples rooms. The paintings and carpet are old. The layout in the apartment wasnt that great. Worst experience for living probably. Super weak to straight up no WiFi signal. My teenagers had to wait past midnight in order to access to WiFi and even then it wasn’t good at all. Besides location, I would not recommend here.

Beautiful room that was clean and well organized. The bed were comfortable and the bath tub was splendid. The staff were very accommodating and attentive. The breakfast was also delicious, with a variety of options that rotated daily. The gym is also amazing with a yoga, tumbling, golf simulator and weights rooms. The location is perfect as it is close to the metro, pedestrian street and the bund. It is my go to hotel for whenever I am in Shanghai.

This is a fantastic hotel, spotless and in a fantastic location. Breakfast is absolutely scrumptious with several vegetarian and vegan options available. I stayed here with my partner for 5 nights and really enjoyed our stay.
