We had a layover in Copenhagen so we stayed at the Imperial. The room was clean and beds were ready for all three of us staying in the room. The hotel is centrally located to the historic areas. Would definitely stay again.

Very good location. Terrible shower. Breakfast wasn't worth the cost. We chose b/c it had AC but it only worked in one of our rooms.

Location was great and across the street from a train station. Very short walk to the city hall or the central station. Very easy to get around. The staff when I checked in were excellent. Super friendly and helpful. I did the breakfast one morning and it was quiet extensive. Great if you're looking for a big meal with lots of options. Room was basic and what I'd expect. Room was clean, no issues.

An excellent modern hotel close to central Copenhagen station. Room and bathroom were clean and comfortable. Breakfast choices were very good, staff were friendly and competent. Only one issue is room cleaning, it’s only done on demand and we had to ask twice before it was finally done in the late afternoon. Otherwise highly recommended!

As you walk into the hotel it feels fresh and welcoming. The reception staff greeted us with a smile, and we instantly felt at ease. Check-in was simple. The hotel and the room appeared clean and well-maintained. There is a focus on the environment as well which I appreciate. The room was cleaned when asked for. The room was a nice size and the bathroom a good size. The only criticism was that the shower screen was not very big and you would find the bathroom floor getting quite wet. Also, we stayed during a heatwave and the air conditioning was not effective. All in all, though we enjoyed our stay and I would recommend the hotel as a place to stay in Copenhagen.
