The carpet had not been vacuumed from previous guests or perhaps not is some days. All feather pillows, which I am allergic to, there was no option for bedding preferences when booking. No extras like waters in room, iron, extra linens. Carpet, couch & desk chair fabric and well used. Beautiful view of Canal but the open patio below our window hosted a baseball team, and late night dads drinking, loud rock music and talking until after midnight. Not cool for fee of $450.00 a night. No sleep for me!

Excellent stay! Beautiful location right on the canal with access to walking, biking, and fishing. Free breakfast had many delicious options and the staff were extremely welcoming and helpful! Property was very well kept and immaculately clean. Would highly recommend to anyone staying in the area!

The hotel is very clean and staff were extremely helpful. There's construction next door but it doesn't impact the hotel. The hotel cannot be seen from the rain highway

This hotel feels like a slice of paradise nestled on the canal. The rooms are large, well equipped, and situated so that you can park your car and walk to a nearby establishment, nature stroll (10 min walk in wooded area or longer on canal) the room is clean and breakfast is good. I wish I tipped the staff more. The Cape is so expensive and these people work alot to afford all that life requires. So if your fortunate enough to stay and enjoy free parking, water views, breakfast, please please give generously or one day there won't be people to serve your breakfast or make your bed or say welcome to Cape cod. God bless every person who makes this hotel a special place.
