Фантастично Complimentary breakfast was lovely! The hotel is in a great location and we loved the balcony view. The rooms were very clean and all of the staff we spoke to was very kind and helpful. I would definitely stay here again!

Property and staff were very nice. The issue is the noise. The room above us heard water every time they flushed the toilet or showered. The tram cars ran right outside and the building shook on some while lying in bed. No hot water in the shower. Clean, staff friendly, breakfast good but noise was the killer.

The staff was helpful and responsive, but our room had an unpleasant smell emanating from the bathroom drain. Having the windows open helped but didn’t cure it. The staff offered to move us for the second day, but we elected to remain where we were so as not to have to repack.

Room was clean with nice bathroom. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Hotel was quiet and I felt safe there. Breakfast was good. The crepes, croissants, and fresh orange juice were my favorites.
