We have used this hotel as a starting point whenever we are touring Europe. It’s a great location close to the centre has parking for the motorcycle. Slight daunting to get to because of the traffic restrictions but if you have a confirmed booking you can easily apply for the exception as a hotel guest.

Good breakfast with a lot of choice. Air Conditioning was good as it was unusually hot when I was in Bruges. The space for work is small but when on vacation most would not mind. The staff was helpful with directions, getting taxis for me, etc.

We had an odd room that was hard to find but when we did it was nice. Staff was great and location was ideal if you are doing anything in town. Great place to stay, we would do it again!

Had to ask 3 times for someone to look at heater. The staff were not customer helpful. Maintenance were to come to my room. No one came. No knock on my door. Had the tv on and you could hear it if you were outside the door. I was told he did not come because I had the sign on the door that I did not need the room cleaned. No amenities to speak of. When checking in no one looked at me, or said we’ll be right with you, nothing for approximately 6 minutes. Mold should be cleaned in shower. Not even 3 star.

Hotel is ideally placed for Trip to Bruges. It is in walking distance of most of the sights, and is only a few hundred metres from the market square, with all its cafes and restaurants. The rooms were clean and the buffet breakfast had plenty of choice, and regularly refreshed so nothing ran out. I would happily go back
