We enjoyed our stay. It was convenient to Seaworld but not necessarily a close walk. The room was nice, clean and comfortable. Nice to have two separate doors for the bathroom (showers and toilet separate). Complementary breakfast is also a bonus and the food at the restaurant was really good.

Wonderful stay. Room and hotel were clean. Staff was friendly. Easy parking. Breakfast was excellent. Only downside was the shuttle was a third party and very difficult to schedule. Ended up driving and paying to park at area amusement parks.

The room smelled like dirty locker room. It could use a good clean. The towels had stains and looked like they were sitting in the same cubby for months without being refreshed/replaced. Only had one wash cloth in a 5/6 person suite. The shower wasn’t nasty but could use some TLC scrubbing, maybe even some bleach. The breakfast was decent but so crowded. Maybe more staff needed? It was mess scattered all over the breakfast bar where you make waffles. The waffle mix and syrup was out at 8:45AM. 3/5 is a fair realistic rating.
