Hotel is in a fantastic position with fantastic views from the pool/rooftop bar area. Upon arrival the hotel staff were very welcoming. Throughout our stay, every staff member we came into contact with were friendly and professional. Everywhere isotel staff are very friendly and accommodating. The hotel is spotlessly clean throughout.

Truly wonderful stay across all aspects. Staff were great. One minor issue experienced with the key card lock on the hotel room door but this was sorted immediately. Just a great hotel, great staff and a wonderful location.

The hotel surprised me! It was very clean, well-designed, and had all amenities. The staff were also excellent—a nice, restful stay after a busy trip.

I’m writing this review to recognize Antonio, he is the best front desk employee I’ve encountered in all of my travels. He goes above and beyond to make a guest feel comfortable and genuinely cares about every hotel guest. The location of the hotel is very good with shops, bars and restaurants a throw stone away. I was able to walk and bike every where. On the downside, the pool is very small (only 8 people) but it was never crowded and the air conditioning in my room did not cool enough. Antonio arranged for maintenance to change the filter and it got a bit better. Housekeeping was exceptional. I’m a very tidy person and they were very respectful of my things. Overall it was a good stay and Seville a place I will always treasure, even with the heat and all!

Fantastic place! Brilliant position and surrounded by excellent bars and restaurants, especially Nuevo Mundo, superb!

Our hotel room was spacious for two people, everything was clean and in working order. Shower and WC facilities were well equipped. Location is great, close to lots of restaurants/bars and shops and within 15-20mins of a lot of major sight seeing spots. Our room is 101, just a shame we didn't have any views of the outside at all, just a wall

Room was quite dark with no view but a large bedroom comfortable beds . A chest of drawers would have been useful for storage , the bathroom was adequate but quite small only a shower no bath . We had to ask for a spare toilet roll The room would have been quiet but at night due to the World Cup being on we had very loud tv noise coming from another room until late . Surprised water was not provided daily in the room - only on the 1st day Hotel only served breakfast and no snacks available at the rooftop bar/ pool and the free drinks voucher was for cava/ mimosa no non alcoholic options offered However pleasant staff nice decor and great location would consider stopping here again
