The staff were outstanding throughout our stay—friendly, professional, helpful, and always willing to go the extra mile. Their warmth and attention made us feel genuinely welcome from the moment we arrived.
Our package included breakfast and dinner buffets, and the food was excellent. The variety was impressive, everything was beautifully prepared, and every meal was a pleasure for both adults and children.
The housekeeping team was exceptional. Our room seemed to be refreshed two or three times a day, and they constantly added thoughtful touches that made our stay special. They often left treats for our children, neatly organized the snacks on our table, and even arranged our shoes. These small details showed an incredible level of care and attention.
One of the best things about the resort is how much there is to do without ever leaving the property. The water park, swimming pools, aquarium, indoor shopping area, and numerous family- and kid-friendly activities kept our entire family entertained throughout our stay.
What impressed us most was the consistency of the service. Every member of staff we encountered helped create a memorable and enjoyable experience for our family.
