Good size room, bathroom was small But fine. Great, great location. Hotel bar/cafe across the street. Only negative is the crazy steep staircase. Fine for young fit people, might be a Serious issue for older or physically challenged people. Same is true for a lot of Amsterdam

A great location for exploring Amsterdam, close to shops, eateries and a short walk to various sites. We had an issue with our room the first night but were moved to a different room the following day and everything was good from then on. Friendly staff, we appreciated the hotel’s recommendations on places to eat and the complimentary drink at the bar!

Great location, easy check in, rooms are clean neat. Bathroom is large and clean. Staff friendly and easy to get in and out. stairs are steep and narrow so if you are not fit and steady, getting up and down with a bag may be challenging. We didn't mind. Bar across the way is fun, a little loud at night but all part of the experience. Its in the heart of Amsterdam so it was a good part of the experience.

Great hotel all around. Amazing staff: Chuck and Teun were very friendly and helpful! Room was clean and had a small wine, with stroopwafel treats on each bed! There are 2 buildings, we checked in one and stayed in the other (across the street). After hours check in was a bit a challenge, someone staying at the hotel helped us in, and there were no key cards available (but Chuck came and helped us).

The room was bigger than expected and nice. There was a Nespresso machine. Bathroom was good size. Everything was very clean. I loved the location, easy to walk to sights but not crowded. Felt peaceful and safe. Staff was very kind and helpful, including the Weber bar staff. Highly recommend.
