Kindly proceed to the designated check-in point provided by us (Address: No. 47, Lot N8-1, Cai Dam Urban Area, Bai Chay Ward, Quang Ninh, Vietnam). After check-in, we will arrange transportation to take you to the vessel at Ha Long International Cruise Port, where your journey will begin.

Guests must provide complete personal information, including full name, gender, date of birth, and passport or national ID number, at least 03 days prior to the check-in date for submission to port authorities. This requirement is mandatory for all passengers.
