room wasn’t the best, view was at the back so had no sunlight the whole time making it hard to get ready as the lights weren’t powerful enough. the breakfast was nice

Great view from the rooftop restaurant so get breakfast included although the breakfast options are very minimal. The staff were very helpful and friendly. My issues were uncomfortable pillows, the rooms aren't very sound proof and the things like the TV Channels weren't working so couldn't watch the world cup, also the shower head needed changing and it was dusty in some places (vents, telephone wires etc) but overall for the price I paid it was good.

It is a good hotel with very friendly staff and a wonderful view of all of Istanbul, but there is a downside: the towels provided were terrible—old and full of holes. I thought it was just a one-off, but they brought old, tattered towels every day. If that isn't an issue for you, then I recommend this hotel.

Watch out for the transfer scam. I’ve pre booked. They didn’t show at the airport. Unable to contact the hotel. Charged anyway. Appalling costumer service.

If you're looking for the perfect place to stay in Istanbul, this is it! 🕌✨
The views of the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia are unreal, the rooms are super modern (with amazing A/C!), and the free breakfast on the top floor overlooking the water is spectacular. But what really sets this place apart is the people. Everyone was so nice, especially Erkem from bell service. He was a absolute lifesaver, being incredibly helpful and even bringing me ice to help me heal after my hair surgery. 10/10 experience!

Staff was great. There was one in particular that would get all out. I hope he forgives me because I did not retain his name. I do remember he was born in Trabozan .

The hotel was great and the booking came with a complimentary breakfast which we enjoyed on the rooftop with a view of the blue mosque and hagia sofia

Friendly helpful staff and great air conditioning. Very clean rooms. The location is superb for tourism. This is my fourth stay in this hotel over the last 8 years. One thing gone bad is the towls very old u can see through them and the toiletries gone to a cheap quality. The other thing os breakfast was not fresh although this hotel used to have amazing breakfast.
