Air climatisé très efficace , lit confortable , bien situé

Great location right by the Spanish Steps, very nice room, air conditioned, beautiful shower and bathroom. Would recommend!

Amazing location only three minutes from the Spanish steps. Rooms looked brand new. Great air-conditioning. Small elevator to transport luggage. Taxi stop right down the street one minute away, making for easy accessibility and good for travel with luggage. Great stay.!

It’s not a proper hotel. It’s in an apartment type building with maybe 5 rooms total. It is clean and modern but not a typical hotel. Breakfast is not included, there is no proper lobby. They only have staff available at certain times and you are much on your own otherwise. They store trash at the entrance so it smells of trash every time you enter. It’s in a great location though.

La chambre était très confortable et bien situé près de toit ce qu'il y a à visiter. Le quartier est beau. Le ménage est fait tout les jours. La climatisation est silencieuse. Tout était parfait. Le seul point négatif est qu'il n'y a pas de petit déjeuner sur place.

We only stayed here for one night but it was perfect. Great location, and very clean, nice room.

We had the large deluxe room With living room & bedroom Spacious, nicely furnished Super clean Wish there were more coffee selections in room.The only staff are the cleaning staff .No reception, no bellman Only contact is thru email or phone Which is not what we prefer 5 min walk to Spanish steps

While the room was spacious and clean, the lack of communication from the staff was difficult to deal with as there is no front desk/reception. During our 3 night day, we messaged the hotel through Expedia requesting a steamer however received no reply at all. On our final day and night at the hotel, we noticed that the electricity and water were not working. We received no communication from anyone. We left a message through Expedia, texted them, and tried calling several times to NO response. Ultimately, we met someone in the lobby who informed us this was a street-wide blackout. Other people staying on the floor also attempted to contact the hotel to no response. While I loved the room, its location and how clean it was, the difficultly in getting in touch with the hotel impacted our stay. I recognize the water and electricity not working was not their fault however, some communication would have been helpful.

Very nice boutique hotel. It’s in an older building and it’s on the second story only but it’s easy to access and they have a small elevator for luggage. The room was very modern, completely remodeled and clean. It was all we needed in a very centrally located area location with many shops and restaurants nearby
