This hotel has 3 branches. Unfortunately, we were placed inside a hotel other than the one in the pictures and it does not have the same quality. Also, the first time you open the room you find the bad smell.

It was so dirty and bad that as soon as we saw the room we left. It was mold on the walls and dirty bed linens amongst all. And first when arriving to the hotel they said it’s full despite we booking weeks in advance and got confirmation, so they send us to walk to their other venue 5 min away. Staff was nice but this place is bellow any standards.

Под средното ниво Avoid at all cost! I arrived late in the day only to find out that they did not have my pre-paid room available. Just hours before my arrival I had whatsapped them to make sure that everything is fine and they lied to me saying my room would be waiting for me. When I arrived, they said they have no room and would give me a room in a sister property which looked much worse. I asked them if they can organize a stay in a nicer hotel and they refused. Just to make sure: I had a confirmed reservation, just saying this again! Also, the lobby looks not even close to what they show online. Avoid at all cost.
