オークウッドから大好きな空間で、毎月ステイしていましたが、OMOに代わり初めてのステイでした。お部屋も景色変わらず格別です。また、是非利用します。

The views from the room were nice but their customer service was horrible. The front staff was extremely robotic with no greeting, no smile and no professionalism from head to toe. They try to make the CUSTOMER do their job through a touch panel. This is not a grocery store, but a hotel claims produced by the name of “resort”. Service should be better than hotel chains. We stayed for 3 nights and the room has only 2 bath towels, teeny tiny trash cans(burnable/non-burnable) for supposedly “Extended-stay hotel”, really? I guess they expected us to use dirty towels? I requested extra bath towels, she looked bothered and said “well…we do not clean the room every day”. This is poor attitudes and NOT service, but the towels were reluctantly provided. Then, they cleaned the room and REMOVED the extra towels we received the next day that we had to go back to the front desk to ask them AGAIN. In addition, when they did clean the room, they touched and moved our personal belongings(clothing!!)! Unacceptable and creepy! Even at checkout, when we tried to return card keys, this arrogant male front staff told us to scan each card and put them in the return box. I assume this is to clear the room code. Again, this is their job. I cannot recommend this hotel and strongly suggest others to stay at other hotels around this area. They have similar nice view and excellent hotel staff that will treat you like a CUSTOMER.

The YouTube app on the tv was disabled which is strange because it is free. I have stayed here multiple times previously under the previous name and we always had access. The nightly parties didn't appeal to us, but there did seem to be people every night. We miss the previous coffee service that used to be in the resident lounge. Staff is always friendly and it is a very clean and comfortable hotel and very convenient location.

Beautiful spacious room, great staff, convenient having the laundry and kitchen in the room.

部屋の設備は長期滞在用には抜群でした。 海側にマンション建設中だったので、完成後の眺望は悲惨と推測される。 スタッフは総じて暗い印象で残念。 初星野リゾートでしたが、スタッフ以外は合格点でした。

The best location with most convenience for MRT, food and shopping. It would be wonderful if all rooms are equipped with the smart Google TV for easy access YouTube, Netflix and other internet multimedia apps.

The OMO5 hotel was very clean and well maintained. The kitchenette was spotless, and the layout with 2 large rooms and two sofa beds was very convenient. Overall, it was an excellent stay—everything was well kept, and there was nothing to complain about.

This hotel had gorgeous views of Minato Mirai and it was a huge bonus having in-room laundry and a kitchen in our room. It was wonderful staying here and I highly recommend it.
