Need to know the car park is 20 euros for 24 hours , we weren’t advised this on booking.
The restaurant is expensive and we and we went in a local hotel as cheaper.
Very clean and new hotel and nice park outside :)

Lovely room, beautifully decorated. Enjoyed an evening meal and a buffet breakfast in the restaurant. Less than 10 minute walk to tram stop to get into Ghent city centre (although approx 20/30 minute tram ride to centre so does take time to get to centre for sight seeing) easy to reach location from motorway

Parking was an additional 20 Euros per day. Breakfast was an additional 25 Euros per person per day (29 Euros if not booked through reception).
No bath despite the room being described as “perfect for families”. Obviously never tried to shower two babies.
Not near Ghent nor close to any convenient travel options (closest Tram is 20 minute walk away)

The rooms very clean. The beds were very comfortable and we had a good rest. We stayed for 2 nights and the services were good. The last at the reception received us even though we were late to check in. She helped with all the details we needed as soon as possible. Parking is expensive. But better to park in the premises than on road. Parking is€20 for 24 hours on first come first basis. Overall a good experience and we will choose Courtyard Marroitt again if we get a chance.
