Overall an outstanding venue, staff and services -including a top shelf breakfast, although location is a little out of the way, even if really near the Seattle Needle and public transportation stations to Downtown, Pike Fish Market, etc... Beware areas adjacent to hotel include unbuilt open spaces poorly paved which felt unsafe walking day time and evenings to the local food store across. Several homeless tents near by. Not a safety problem at all but it is part of the scenery.

The internet and cable went down on half of the 7th floor for most of the night. For some reason, we could also not use our cell phones to make or receive calls or texts. The staff had a hard time understanding that there was a problem with their central system and kept telling us to reboot our devices. It took several hours to fix the problem.

It was a wonderful property - never stayed at an Element before, but we will now. The staff was so helpful in getting us into a room in a timely manner - especially as it was really busy! The location was perfect-right by the Seattle Center. Thank you.

Very clean and self park 💥 came from PDX for a concert wasn’t thrilled to be on the north side of the city until I arrived - the property was easy to get to - easy to check in and parking was great - would recommend even if you want to public transit or walk.

This hotel felt brand new! It was absolutely spotless. The room was spacious and the kitchenette was great to have. I did find the fancy convection stove somewhat complicated to use, but it worked well. The free breakfast was a nice perk that I wasn’t expecting. It’s a full breakfast with lots of great options. Only downside is it was very crowded every morning. The breakfast staff was incredibly good at cleaning up constantly and bringing out more food. It’s also in a walkable location to some sites and a supermarket. The only thing I didn’t like is the very busy street right next to the hotel which was not safe to pull out on. I told my uber drivers to take a different route. It was also noisy outside so the window had to stay closed the entire time. The AC did work great, but I’m just a fan of fresh air.

The breakfast was impressive! Also enjoyed the rooftop, lounge area, and bar. The prices in refrigerator items to purchase were triple the price of market stores.

Room wasn’t available at the normal checkin time
