The food is super expensive and not tasty at all. Drinks are over priced a tiny shot of brandy was 30000. Breakfast options extremely limited I had to out for breakfast. Do not take the airport shuttle offered uber is 5 to 6k for a 10mins ride. The shuttle guy says 25k they don't say the price upfront too. The rooms were decent though, staff polite and helpful. The gatemen were decent. I am not sure what the deal is with towel no small towels and the towels were very limited. Its a pass for me staying here next time

The staff was very nice and helpful the room was clean and the pool was very clean as well. I enjoyed my time there for my first time visiting Nigeria I would stay again.

Breakfast staff

Overpriced and very small rooms. Breakfast was limited. Not much options so if you're vegan or vegetarian its hard to find something. Service was poor.

This property is overrated. I will never come back to this property and have rotors in the room. The staffs don't like to speak and the credit card system is a scam. They seem that your car declined, but they still take the money out of your bank account. Housekeeper leaves your room door open after they clean very unprofessional at the Watercrest.

The customer service was excellent and the facility was clean and in good condition

The staff are very professional, the rooms were clean . Breakfast was really great . The ambience is serene. The manager Mr Moses and his team were very professional and listened to resolve any challenges to our stay . I would rate the hotel 10/10

Without safe in the room, restrictive less customer friendly regulations and bad room services . Limited basic room amenities

Not suitable for travelers with late-night flights, as the property does not offer complimentary or paid late check-out options and requires guests to pay a full additional night. Rooms are not equipped with a safe or microwave. Guests are also discouraged from bringing in outside food, as the hotel does not allow staff to reheat food for guests. Overall, the policies are restrictive and not very customer-friendly.
