Parking garage has a small daily fee, check in and out were both seamless, starbucks in the lobby was a nice perk of this hotel, very clean and location of the hotel was perfect to walk downtown. Our event was at the tmboile center and was a short walking distance away.

The hotel was nice. The checkin staff didn’t tell us what was available, like pool or gym. They kind of helped with downtown things but not much. We had no housekeeping at all in the 3 days we were there. They were supposed to come on day two but we were skipped. Also, it would be nice to have more soap and personal care items in the room. Breakfast was good except the coffee. The only choice was bold coffee. A medium or breakfast blend would’ve been a nice option. I had to buy a five dollar cup of coffee at Starbucks every day despite paying full price for the buffet. The girl working the area, Lydia, is your five star employee. She was always there, making sure that everything was picked up and clean. Overall a clean and comfortable place. There are changes that could help.

Very friendly staff and received a very nice welcome email from the manager. Such a nice touch. Very close to the streetcar. Clean room and pool area. Felt very safe and extremely comfortable here

Room was clean, and staff were friendly and helpful in whatever we needed to include directions to our event. Having no complimentary breakfast was the only knock on the place but the bistro was pretty good although a bit pricey
