Rooms were clean and staffs were helpful and brekfast was full and fine

Stayed at Sanidhyam by Hotel Sahu and had a really smooth experience. The rooms are clean, well-kept, and give a calm, homely feel. Everything was properly maintained, especially the hygiene, which stood out. The staff was courteous and always available when needed, making the stay even more comfortable. The overall environment is quiet and relaxing, perfect after a long day of travel. A dependable place to stay with good service and a peaceful vibe. Would happily visit again.

First off, the place is in a perfect location and is reasonably clean. The staff there is very friendly and helpful. The only bad thing was that there was no hot water.

The staff lacked professionalism and proper training, showing little understanding of how to operate in the hospitality industry. I was misled into booking a different hotel owned by the same group, located in an alleyway, which was still under construction and not ready for guests. The WiFi was unreliable, and the staff resorted to makeshift solutions rather than addressing the issue properly. The only positive aspect was the hotel’s location.
