the hallways are very narrow and the room badly needs shelves to hold clothing, etc.

El hotel tiene una política que no lo anuncian y es que si la persona no se presenta a la hora del check-in ellos venden la habitación a alguien más, a pesar de que ya le habíamos pagado 1 semana por anticipado y en el momento que me presenté me dejaron sin habitación a mi y a las 8 niñas pequeñas que me acompañaban, y todo esto a las 3:30 de la madrugada. El front desk, simplemente dijo que teníamos que buscar otro hotel y no me apoyó en nada. Una experiencia horrible caminando a esa hora de la madrugada con las niñas buscando otro hotel, habiendo tenido yo ya pagadas mis habitaciones. El front-desk decepcionante

Really nice hotel

The room is very clean. But the ladder for bunk bed is too small and very high. The air conditioning is perfect. The staff are very helpful.

The hotel is OK but a bit small but if you are traveling with family, you might look for a better spacing location Square close to Subway and Time Square however is 19 that our room does not even get cleaned up after we come back we had to ask extra towel to survive a night United United

We had a great experience. The only complaint is that the A/C wasn’t getting cold enough. It wasn’t broken and had a preset temperature but that temperature wasn’t working for this person from the south lol. Other than that I highly recommend this hotel since you walk out and you are in Times Square. We will be booking again

The hotel was located right on Times Square was noisy at times even from the 18th floor. The rooms were very small. The hotel lobby was nice.

This was a pretty decent stay in Times Square, but the elevator system is wildly confusing for the first few days, as evidenced by the endless stream of people in the lobby buzzing around trying to make sense of it. Things are convenient here but pretty generic, so if you're looking for a place where you feel looked after as an individual guest, this probably isn't it. I think most of the staff try their best to be helpful, but they weren't exactly the most approachable. The rooftop has a bar which seemed like a cool amenity when booking but proved to be my least favourite part of the stay. The staff were especially snobby & dismissive no matter if I was a guest at the property, & it was just a boring overpriced cocktail bar with cool views if you romanticize Times Square I guess. I definitely never returned, as the city is full of better options. The location is also jarring if you aren't accustomed to the chaos of Times Square. When I was due to fly out, I had to find a new Uber 30 min after mine was meant to arrive because the driver couldn't get through the closed off streets/crowds. I ended up having a flight cancelled and thought about returning to Voco, where I'd just spent the week, but after weighing my options and considering how unremarkable the whole experience was, I ended up going to the Library Hotel and though it cost more than double the average night at Voco, I ended up having a much more pleasant experience largely because of how welcoming the staff was.

Beautiful convenient hotel. Right on Time's Square.
