Lugar muy comodo, barrio tranquilo, muy limpio las camas muy comodas lo unico que no me parecio fue el cobro del estacionamiento que no es mucha la cantidad pero deveria estar incluida en la estancia!!

Staff was helpful. Room is good, comfy bed, but towels seemed a bit grungy. Area was quiet at night, so slept well. You have to ask for things constantly, no remote in room, then needed clean towels, then housekeeping skipped me, then no hot water 1 morning, no refresh on coffee pods & creamer, etc…

If we could give this place -1 stars we would. We stayed with 3 kids and 2 adults. It was only for one night since we were going to Universal the next day and wanted to avoid the morning traffic. The place looked like it had not been swept or cleaned in days. The sheets were stained with questionable colored stains and the floors were disgusting. We tiptoed and got out of there as soon as possible in the morning. Would 100% not recommend this place, it is gross.

It was a close enough place to Universal. The bed was comfortable and it looked like they cleaned the room.
