Great place if all you want is a reasonable room. All new, clean and well maintained

The room was very clean and updated. Nice and quiet. The only issue was the a/c unit cutting on and off and didn’t cool the room as much as I prefer.

I highly recommend this place anytime you in los angeles

When we checked in we noticed water on the bathroom floor. We thought the housekeeper had just cleaned the floor. The water kept seeping up from under wood floor. The next morning after using most of our towels to soak up water we told person on kiosk (they had no front desk workers) who I believe were in the Philippines about leak and they said they’d have someone look at it. No one came! The next morning I told person on kiosk again about the leak NO ONE came. The floor leaked for entire stay and my guess is it’s still leaking 👀

Check in was easy and through a kiosk with someone on camera. Room was cute and clean. Traffic was a little loud but we also had a room that was close to the street. Parking is a little tight but would not prevent me from booking again. Lots of food places around and easy access to freeway.

appreciated the limited amount of rooms/parking avail. liked that the hotel was a bit tucked in/away. the virtual online staff was extremely efficient. could have used a microwave & softer bedside table lighting. basic live cable would have also been a plus.

Didn’t even get to stay here because they cancelled my reservation at 12pm the day I was supposed to check in (before check in time). They charge the card on file the day of your reservation (before check in) & I forgot the card on file was one I had to cancel due to fraud. They did email me a few times, but Expedia is connected to an old email I rarely check. Once I realized they were trying to get ahold of me via email, I tried calling a few times immediately to get ahold of someone & had no luck since there is no front desk service. I finally got ahold of someone that basically told me there is nothing they can do for me other than re-book (the same room I had booked prior) but for the going rate of that night which was $60 more than what I originally was going to pay. I went with my gut and booked a completely different hotel Vagabond Inn by the Glendale galleria and the location alone was way better. Drove past this hotel and knew I made the right decision.
