Amazing modern hotel - very close to Takayama station. The mixed thermal baths on the top floor had great views - it was so lovely to be able to use them as you had to wear swimsuits. If you wanted to bathe naked then there were single sex baths you could use.

We did not use their amenities or breakfast. But they don't supplies morning in room instant coffee after the first night stayed. They have afternoon drinks between 3 to 7 pm, nothing special not even beer.

Thoroughly enjoyed the rooftop pool. Def a highlight for us. Staff were polite and helpful. Walkable distance to station - would recommend this hotel

Staff was very helpful. They speak English enough and if not, a translator app works. The spa on the 9th floor was very relaxing and has a great view of the city/mountains

Disappointed in this hotel. Room quite small; hard to navigate for two. Hotel provided coffee for room coffee maker only for the first night of our stay and said we'd have to pay to get coffee for the second night/morning. "Welcome drink" was supposed to run until 7 pm, but by 5:30 pm only green tea was left. No housekeeping provided except for fresh towels - no cleaning or wiping down of bathroom or anything else.

Very well located for the train station, easy walk to the old town. Good buffet breakfast, rooms very comfortable, lovely to have the hot baths.

Incredible value. Felt brand new with a gorgeous serene spa/pool/onsen on rooftop and a mind blowing buffet breakfast. A bit of a walk to historic area but right by train station. Felt like luxury and rooms were the biggest we’ve seen in Japan.

Good location, clean and new premises. The spa is ok, however many people do not follow the rules of a spa. They don’t shower before entering the pool, they don’t shower before entering sauna or afterwards jumping in the spa from sauna…. They talk loudly when in groups…. there are signs about the rules but I believe there should be on other languages other than English and Japanese…..
