Bad service

I ended up going home at 1am, the room kept getting mosquitos, I killed so many, so she move me another one, same thing. If they can tackle the mosquito issues it will be a great place to stay when I'm in the city.

this is the best hotel I ever been too! and to think it's also the cheapest and very convenient to all the places I wanted to visit in bangkok. The front desk and the housekeeping staff are so friendly. I feel safe to leave my hotel room even with my important items just laying around the room. the shared kitchen (I forgot what it called) where you have complimentary hot chocolate, latte, orange juice, water etc. they also have laundry which is very convenient as I am traveling to different countries every week. I do not need to go out and find a laundry store. their hotel room also has a doorbell which I found it cute and convenient. inside of my hotel room is very spacious and clean. the whole hotel is screaming cleanliness. smells so good!!! perfect to use after a long tiring adventure. will come again next time.

Extremely clean. The staff went above and beyond. The lounge area with free coffee, tea, etc. was great. Laundry facilities are wonderful and affordable. Location is near all the public transportation you need.

Great hotel, great service. Manager is very professional and accommodating. 5 minutes walk to Iconsiam and everything is nearby. Great price for location and stay

Rooms are small but decor is modern and clean. Good location close to IconSiam.

Staff is incredibly nice and rooms are very confortable and clean, no noise at all and very well located.

Not really a free breakfast but its free drinks such as coffee and juices . Not bad , and near on the tourist spot . Friendly staff as well . Will recommend for sure

Everything about the hotel was great. It was situated an 8-min walk from IconSiam mall, so very convenient location. They have a small gym and common room on the second floor with free teas/coffees/hot chocolates and games, which was nice to spend time in. The rooms were well sound-proofed so we slept really well. The staff were great too. I particularly wanted to mention the fact that i had booked six nights (non-refundable) at the hotel but because we couldn’t get the train we wanted to go to Chiang Mai we had to leave a night early. The hotel kindly moved the last night of my booking to a week later which they were under no obligation to do given I had already paid for six nights. Very much appreciated!
