Hôtel comme neuf. Très belle architecture contemporaine, grandes chambres,.lit très confortables. J'y retournerais!

Nice amenities. We were disappointed that the restaurant was closed for a private event, as the menu looked wonderful, but fortunately there are numerous restaurants nearby.

The air conditioning worked great and was adjustable. The beds were comfortable and it was quiet. The breakfast had a wide variety and was delicious and fresh.

Clean room, convenient location, and spa was great

What a perfect venue in town. Loved the neighborhood and the convenience store just beside. I highly recommend. No easy parking solution offered by the hotel. Self parking around was available but not so many options.

Amazing stay in Yokohama. Very central location in Kannai. Short walk to the baseball stadium, as well as train station. Good leisure walk to the red brick houses as well as chinatown. We were in a 2 pax bunk bed room. It had just enough space for 2 medium size luggages. Beds were extremely comfortable. There was a fridge, good electrical sockets with USB and USBC with adapters present beside both beds. Exceptional cleanliness - interior team are doing such a great job. Pyjamas provided for the stay. We used the laundry facilities once and that was self explanatory and easy to use. There were ample amenities to choose from. Public bath was a great addition to our stay. We used it every day. The TV had a live notice of how busy the public baths can be. Breakfast was fantastic which I always looked forward to each day. The front desk was also very helpful with a package I was expecting as well as Takkyubin. We will definitely visit again when the opportunity arises.

I love this property! I have been to Japan so many times and I’ve just discovered this hotel. It is very modern and clean as I expected in every hotels in Japan. Staff is very friendly and helpful. I was able to check in earlier than 3pm which greatly helped a lot. Most of their employees are young and very courteous. It is a five minute walk to train/subway station and plenty of restaurants and convenience store in the area. Yokohama stadium is nearby, Chinatown and Koreatown is a good 15 minute walk. Facility is well equipped, the public bath is always clean. I would stay here again in the future. Highly recommend

Wonderful hotel for a family with kids. Transit, restaurants, and convenience stores closed by. Clean room, spacious , and comfy mattresses. Front desk held our luggage on checkout day and lent us umbrellas. Would stay again.
