This is my first time I stayed at Melia brand. I can say that this is one of the best Hotel in Hue. Customer service is top notch. Very polite and friendly staff. They even pack a Breakfast for us for very early morning excursions at 4:30 am. Breakfast at Roomba hotel was excellent. Restaurant staff customized a vegetarian dishes for us, and they were delicious. Highly recommended for any family and friends.
