Excellent location. 5 mins walk from Tower Hill tube station (opposite Tower of London). Access to building/room is sent 15 minutes before 3pm check in, However, I couldn’t access the link (from email). Rang customer services and 10 minutes later they sent a txt. After that all fine. Room had a few maintenance issues. But we were in and out so didn’t really bother us that much. Clean bedding and towels. Kitchen facilities ok. Could cook a meal if wanted to. Fridge freezer working. I would recommend although not for you if you expect 5 star luxury.
