Could easily be updated

Rooms have the bare minimum and felt really dated, the view was amazing! Such a shame this place has a lot of potential.

Overall good but there was no hot water in the shower :(

Good communication by staff. They were friendly and helpful. However, the toilet door was broken and even though there was a kitchenette advertised there was no cutlery, utensils, plates, mugs, pans or detergent provided. The microwave plate was also broken.

Good 👍 and convenience to get around, really enjoying stay

Came up north to enjoy some sun and snorkeling time and Mr Kinjo Motobu Terrace proved to be the perfect spot for us. Our ocean view room was very comfortable and clean, and the balcony at the water's edge was lovely to dry out our gear and also enjoy the view. Air-conditioning and wifi for a zoom call worked great for me (my husband felt the aircon could have been stronger and internet for his iPad was a bit slow). During the weekend, people who come to fish or couples who want to watch the sunset park up and down the street in front of the hotel and it seems like a very family friendly area. Taxis line up in front every morning as well... not sure if these were pre-arranged pick-ups, or if they just come around and wait to see if anyone needs a ride. Wish there were a few cups to make in-room coffee, but alas- we got it at the Lawson only two blocks away.

Two night stay in a city-view room. Everything was clean and comfortable. Great shower and bath! Close to good beaches and Churaumi (closed at the time). Would stay again!

My husband and I stayed four nights at this Mr. Kinjo and loved the location and cleanliness of the apartments. The rooms are not spacious, but neither are they cramped- the perfect size, especially if you are spending most of your time out and about. The neighborhood feels very safe, with lots of locals fishing along the ocean strip in front of the apartments, and the sunset view is quite nice! Two supermarkets, drugstores, a Daiso, and a convenience store are within walking distance. Having a refrigerator, microwave, and washing machine in every room is really helpful. However, the hot water kettle and stovetop are not as useful, as not even basic coffee-style dishes are provided (sets of plates and utensils, and pans for utilizing the IH stovetop, can be rented for ¥1,000 each day). As well, parking on-site is also charged at ¥1,000 per night, which seems rather steep for such a rural area (unfortunately, the neighborhood streets are not marked as to parking regulations). The staff were very nice, and check-in was super fast and easy, even moreso than other Mr. Kinjos we've stayed in! Be advised that the front desk is only of assistance during the posted check-in hours (3-9pm, in our case). We had a great stay here and are planning to return very soon!!
