The staff was always so friendly and helpful, plus the location was perfect... so easy to walk to Ubud attractions and a central location for my tours, too. I loved the small, personal feel of this lovely hotel

A lovely quiet spot in Ubud located in a small lane off Jalan Bisma. The room was clean, the staffs were friendly and courteous. Not a place to stay if you have lots of luggages as there’s no car access to the hotel but perfect for light travelers.

Small venue in a lovely location, but with some issues. Housekeeping is somewhat lacklustre, we stayed for 4 nights and they didn’t change or wash the mugs in the room once. Cleaning was done later in the day as they were always waiting for the laundry to be returned. Lots of dining options locally, with a few bars offering live music. If you’re using a car to get to the venue you’ll have problems parking as it’s on a very narrow road, with parking for a few bikes only Taxis do not come right up to the venue, you’ll have to drag your bags up to the top of the hill. Off you don’t like to be woken early in the morning, you’ll have problems with the cockerels the neighbour has - generally crowing around 05:10

We have stayed in Kubu tropis and our stay was amazing! The rooms are nice, quite spacious, beds are extremely comfortable and the pillows are just OMG! The best I have ever slept, I actually thought I’ll take one with me to U.K Staff is amazing, very welcoming, bubbly and lovely! Wayan helped us organise trips and shared recommendations.breakfast was delicious, all products was so fresh and the fruits just out of this world. I will be back to Kubu! Thank you for hosting us !
