1. Breakfast items are tasty. Very filling 2. Room got TV. Only can access to your own You-tube account. Should provide some free to view local TV news & drama programmes. 3. EXIT door should always be closed due to security & flying insects Intrusion. 4. Overall stay is pleasant.

Extremely poor service. The staff were rude and unprofessional. We requested toilet paper multiple times and the employees refused to provide it. Customer service was unacceptable and the overall experience was very disappointing. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I loved everything about my stay at Emerald Central from check in to check out. It made up for the bad experiences I had with other hotels. It was walkable to a lot of places and a few minutes drive away from District 1 and other areas for Site seeing. A few things that stood out about this hotel was the Front Desk Staffs were very receptive and all spoke fluent english which helped alot and was the only Hotel I stayed over the 3 weeks I was in Vietnam that spoke fluent english, The housekeeping came in a group of about 4 lovely staffs and got my room cleaned within a few minutes and that was just top teir presentation how they worked together so swiftly to get things done while I was there. Don't miss breakfast, it was very good each morning. Thanks to Expedia Team for sending me this great option. It was beyond my expectations.

We stayed here for two weeks and were very satisfied with the service from the staff, including the housekeeping staff. The breakfasts were delicious, the location is very convenient, not far from the airport, close to the city center, and surrounded by food options. If we have the opportunity, we will return
