Nice hotel with reasonable price

The best thing about the hotel was breakfast, big variety of food and all tasty. Other than that there are things to improve, for example the cleanliness. There were easily visible places that weren’t cleaned for weeks as you could see the buildup of dust. Also there are no tea/coffee facilities in the room which I found very weird because this is not something luxurious, many hotels have it and it’s considered standard. I asked at the reception for a kettle and fortunately they had. The walls are thin as you can hear your neighbours.

Staff friendly, caring and helpful. There are two hotels sharing the bar/restaurant/pool. The pool is busy, no separation lanes for swimmers/families/kids so its a bit chaotic and should be improved. Restaurant / breakfast area well designed, nice food choice. Safe in room was not secured to anything so a thief can just put it in a bag and walk which was funny but needs to be sorted. Astra park/botanic garden nearby, the Astra park is absilute myst to visit, amazing.

The hotel was nice, great location. A 20 min walk to old town and across the street from the largest park. Great breakfast 😋

The hotel was modern and clean. The bed was comfortable. I didn't stay for breakfast, but the dinner in the restaurant was good. It's a fairly bare bones/basic hotel, but that was fine for just one night. My only negatives were that parking was confusing, because it looks like you're parking in the wrong hotel. Maybe a sign explaining it's for both hotels would be nice. Same with check in. If you enter the hotel from the parking lot...the Ibis desk was empty and after a while, I figured out I needed to walk through the dark empty breakfast area to get to the other hotel to check in there. A sign at the Ibis desk wouldve saved me some time. Finally, since I left early (6:00), there was no one at the desk so I could pay for parking and validate my ticket to leave. Other than that...it was a comfortable stay. Added bonuses were that it's pet friendly and I was able Chromecast from my device.

I really enjoyed this place! Breakfast was awesome amenities and the building quite nice and clean!!. The front desk guy when I check in wasn't friendly, he was kind of rude! Other than that all good!

modern, bright and spotlessly clean hotel, a little away from the centre but it only took 15 minutes on foot
