The building is clean and quiet. It is a small space good for 3. There is a small kitchenette so you could do some cooking. There is absolutely no AC so make sure you pack yours when you’re traveling. The elevator was out of service the whole time we were there.

The price and location

Clean rooms. A good location for the activities we had planned

The room was clean and close to the Römerberg. However, it did not have air conditioning and hence windows needed to be opened for good air flow. The worst thing was someone who lived on the first floor and talked over the phone from 2 am to 4 am for two consecutive nights. I have reserved the apartment for three nights but I moved out on the third day and wasted one night because my family and I couldn’t sleep well for the past two nights. Very bad experience.

The room was extremely small. Def not suitable for a family . There was not enough room for suitcases . The bed was laid out when we got there , in order to make space we closed up the sofa and the floor was dirty under . The bed was def not safe for family with kids . My son fell off the ladder , luckily he didn’t break any bones. It’s a good hotel location wise , walking distance from Frankfurt main , and metro just outside . It’s good for a couple or single bag packer but not safe for families

Solid, hassle-free stay for the budget-conscious. If you’re looking for luxury, this isn’t it—but if you want a clean, convenient, and functional place to crash, it’s perfect. The self-service aspect was fast/easy which I actually preferred for a quick in-and-out stay. No frills, no drama, and it didn't break the bank. Would definitely stay again for a short trip.

Having booked via Hotels.com, I received an email from the hotel with a link that I needed to complete with some personal details. The link took me to a form but the form itself didn't work. I ended up having to message the hotel with the requested information via the Hotels.com app. This message was never acknowledged. There is no reception at the hotel so access on arrival is managed by an app which you need to download in advance. The check-in process via the app is smooth and the digital access worked perfectly for both the main door and our room. The property is in a fairly good location. We're up for 20-30min walks, which got us most places we wanted to see, but there is also a tram stop right outside. On arrival to our room, the first thing to hit us was a smell of smoke. Disappointing as it is specifically a non-smoking room. Without a reception, we had to contact staff via WhatsApp. They were fairly quick to reply but there were no alternative rooms available that night. They assured me the room would be deodorised and we would hear the next day from staff as to whether a room was available for our second and final night. We didn't hear back. We managed to air the room only by sleeping with the window open with January temperatures and a busy road outside. The next day the room smelled strongly again so have to assume it was not deodorised. Facilities are fine for what you need on a short trip but cleanliness could be improved. Walls are paper thin. Good shower
