The hotel was in the perfect location. Staff was incredibly helpful, the room was super cute, and the breakfast on the patio was great! I would highly recommend staying here.

Here’s a polished, balanced review: We had a pleasant stay overall, but for the price, I expected a bit more. The reception staff were exceptionally warm, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast was good, although the friendly service stood out even more than the food itself. The room was small, clean, minimalist, and had effective air conditioning, which was very appreciated in the summer heat. The lobby, however, was fairly underwhelming. While it was air-conditioned, the stairwells and elevators were not, making them quite uncomfortable. In terms of amenities, there isn’t much beyond the rooftop bar, which was pleasant but nothing particularly memorable. The hotel’s location is convenient, within walking distance of the Colosseum and many of Rome’s major attractions. Overall, it’s a decent hotel with excellent staff and a good location, but considering the price, I was hoping for a more polished experience and better amenities.

Our entire stay was amazing. We stayed in the suite and loved the amazing balcony and lots of room. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was wonderful each morning and the rooftop bar was a great way to end each evening. I would recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in Rome.

Nice location next to a lot of pretty places to eat and very chill environment. We traveled as a family of 4 with 2 females so having 2 sinks with good counter room and another kitchen sink worked well for us. Breakfast was solid and the staff were very nice and helpful.

We had a great stay at Condominio Monti Boutique Hotel. The staff were very accommodating for my allergies for breakfast. The room had a view of the Colosseum and the front desk staff were so helpful with our questions. I would stay here again!
