Minimal facilities for price given that a towel isn’t even included nor facilities to heat up food, etc. Staff friendly but gave no info upon check in. However, very clean!

Под средното ниво I made the mistake of picking a non-refundable booking for the wrong dates, immediately called the property from abroad to try to swap the dates, it was very hard to speak to the relevant department and I followed in different ways for days. I received the confirmation via email that my claim was denied and they wouldn’t offer me the change of dates free of charge. Their delay with responding to my query made me feel an unvalued customer and that’s not a professional representation of the hospitality sector.

The rooms were warm and the staff was super friendly. They clean regularly and keep the rooms neat.

The bed, room and facilities were fine, but it was a maze in there. The reception had been moved and the signs not updated so it took me 20mins to find my way out.

No, they always overlook the baseboards, you should consider hooks to dry towels on the bunk rooms. Had to be creative there. And maybe choose to put older adults with older ones not young ones that come in all different hours of the morning. Staff wasn’t friendly at all the only one was the young lady when I got there was helpful but I never saw her again.
