I was expecting complete comfort and rest after the long journey, especially considering the high amount I paid for the room. Unfortunately, one of the rooms was not ready until 5 PM, and the other even later than that?! Just as the hotel charges the full nightly rate if I fail to arrive, they should also commit to refunding the cost of the first night due to their delay in preparing the rooms. What made me remain silent and show a great deal of patience was my appreciation for the hotel staff and their efforts.

Prijs kwaliteit verhouding niet helemaal in balans. Te veel personeel in bar en restaurant met te weinig toezicht. Erg rumoerige barruimte, met geluidsoverlast tot op de kamer. Uitzicht vanuit kamers is slecht.

The hotel is excellent. Obviously expensive, but service and accommodations outstanding. Food excellent in both restaurants and we found the prices pretty reasonable

The 24 hr breakfast is so convenient. The staff are super friendly. Room is spacious and luxury. Hot tea and dessert for every night is amazing. The library and lounge are very unique. The spa is the highlight of our trip. Everything is just wonderful.

We have had the most amazing experience staying at The Bulgari, Roma. Every single member of staff made as feel very special and the treatment was over and above any expectation. Will never forget this wonderful stay.

The hotel is new and beautiful. Very luxurious. The staff were amazing. Everyone was polite and attentive. We had a wonderful stay at Bvlgari Roma and would go back in a heart beat.
