Newer hotel with AC. But…. This newer hotel also has you use your room key to scan for the elevator. Doesn’t sound like an issue but you can only access your floor. Have friends on another floor and you need them to meet you in the lobby to get to that floor. Pool needs to be RESERVED. So zero access to the pool or BAR without a reservation. There’s nothing near this hotel as far as restaurants. One bar open till 1am next to the train (Metro) station entrance 2 city blocks from the hotel entrance. And a local food mart across from the same Metro station. Staff is great but did have issues with those room keys that are also needed for the AC and the room lights. Not a fan but price was reasonable and it had AC so definitely needed that in July of 2026.

Bad location, bad service, bad amenities and not recommended. It’s a brand new hotel. They say it was opened last month everything is new. But on the worst and hottest day in Paris. The room we had upgraded to was basically the worst. No refrigerator in the room, the a/c is not working. It was really hot. And I will not come back here again. not a good place for a conference. No places to eat and really far from Paris. The neighborhood is somewhat ghetto.

Loved the hotel and room, AC worked very well! Pool was unavailable, difficult to get ice and no water in the rooms. Hotel bar and restaurant over priced. Would stay again, overall we enjoyed our stay here.

Very nice hotel with A/C that actually worked. Rooms very clean. The pool was under maintenance but other than that it was very nice.

Nice , clean , modern , comfortable , didn’t get to see the amenities. Windows could be cleaner but no issues. Would stay here again. Far from Paris. Prepare to pay big money for an uber or no uber at all. Bikes in Paris do not operate in this zone.
