We had to wait more than an hour

I had a pleasant stay at Amrise Hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it a good choice for a short stay. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location is super convenient, with easy access to public transport and nearby great shopping options. While the room size is a bit compact, it’s expected for the price and still provides everything you need for a comfortable stay. Overall, it’s great value for money, especially for travelers looking for an affordable and convenient place to stay. Would definitely consider staying here again!

Not very good. Just ok

Air condition a little bit stuffy at starting. After 2 hours the cooling circulate.

Air conditioner is good throughout perfect

Fault that can be remedied with this property was black mould in the bathroom which stand out against the white tiles. And ramp for customers being dropped off on the back street as the hotel is on the corner of two very busy streets, and the taxi had to drop us behind the hotel on a quieter street, but getting luggage up the stairs was a hassle.

Helpful staff at the front desk, reasonable quality, clean, rooms, aircon, a fridge and a convenient location - this hotel is great! You should be aware that the rooms are not the biggest however. My only slight qualm is that the 'do not disturb' signal they provide was ignored, interrupting much needed rest one day. Other than that the place is great though, with daily cleaning, and a refreshment of bottled water.

Room filthy, uncomfortable bed. Very tired and worn out room with cracked sinks. Poorly cleaned and doona with blood stains and dust and dirt everywhere. Unserviced, filthy air conditioning and rude check on staff.

Aircon leaking , wallpaper peel off, smell bad , lighting too dark… worst experience in Singapore Friend don’t try

We had two adjoining rooms, both of which had black mould in the bathrooms. It has clearly been an issue in that room for a while. Broken lights when we checked in. Returned to room at 7pm with one of the kids to find maintenance man there unannounced which gave us a shock, especially given they had our phone numbers. We checked out early due to the mould and uncleanliness and told no refund. I have never experienced such an unclean room
