The check-in location differs from the property location. Check-in location: [20/72 Boat Lagoon, Ko Kaew, Mueang Phuket District, Phuket 83000]. To make arrangements for check-in please contact the property at least 24 hours before arrival using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests must contact the property in advance for check-in instructions. Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival. Guests must check-in at the listed alternate check-in location in order to receive boat transfer to the property. Boat transfer service is offered daily at 10 AM, 11:30 AM, 2 PM, and 4 PM.
Extra-person charges may apply and vary depending on property policy
Government-issued photo identification and a credit card, debit card, or cash deposit may be required at check-in for incidental charges
