Фантастично I absolutely loved my stay. I thought it was excellent! I loved that there was a breakfast buffet. Usually when I'm looking for hotels, I do appreciate a breakfast, especially just before checking out. The staff, at least those that were assisting in breakfast and other dietary needs, were very accommodating. When they were low on coffee, I informed a gentleman and he took care of it with no problem and no attitude and was grateful that I let him know right away.
The room, particularly one that served a solo traveler (single person) was clean. It had water at the ready for when I wake up to start the day and explore around Boston. Should I return to Boston, or go to a place where CitizenM does business, I will definitely consider the hotel again. Thank you for such a memorable stay.
P.S. One complaint I had was when I attempted to call the hotel to confirm a reservation, the number was listed from another of their locations. Also, when I called the exact location, it stated that the number was not allocated. Scary if i should need to confirm, before checking another hotel. Other than that, it was a great stay. Thanks again!

Фантастично Citizen M is neat, compact and ultra functional. The bed is wonderfully comfortable (tho I might not be a fan of sleeping next to the window because you are, literally, touching the window.) Wonderful convenient location with über friendly, helpful staff, this will be to “go to” when I am in Boston.

First time stay, no parking or valet so be prepared to search for spot to pull over to unload if you drive and then find permanent parking, Staff was very friendly & helpful at check-in and check- out. The room was small but very modern and clean., the bathroom sink area had no space for your toiletries and the lighting wasn’t bright enough in there for the wife’s liking. Using the rooms IPad for lighting and curtains/ TV controls was pretty cool and easy to navigate once we got use to it. Having to pay for the buffet breakfast was disappointing considering how much we paid to stay there but there was a wide variety of items to choose from but for the price they charged I wouldn’t do it again. There is a Dunkin right down the street with in walking distance. Plenty of Restaurants and bars in area which came in handy after the Sox game… The second floor lobby area was pretty neat with lots of space for lounging and the free Wi-Fi connection was good….overall it was a good stay.

I just loved the place!
It was our first time staying at this hotel. The location is GREAT!
We had a super easy check in, the staff were amazing, helpful and very friendly. The room was clean, it had everything you could need for your stay.
