If your looking for a budget hotel in BGC this is your hotel. Walking distance from SM Aura but the Hotel location is crowded and the back of the hotel is not BGC with beautiful scenery. Its very traffic on the area. Parking is good but if your vehicle is lowered dont go here. This might not be all the time but when there is a heavy rain the smell of sewage you can smell from the elevator to my room on the 8th floor. So if its rainy season and your in a budget, pick the highest floor possible so you won't smell it. Overall for a budget BGC area hotel, can't complain...well I did. Also the soap shower dispenser????buy your own soap and shampoo. Advice, if your the kind of person who wants a cold room please tell the desk before you get the keys. Not all aircon works the same. Amenities wise, good. Only missinsg is the LAUNDRY SERVICE. I love that there is already Mang Inasal in the same building. As always, staffs are very helpful. Room may need to be FULLY TERMINALLY CLEANED as corners and under bedside tables were noted to have dust otherwiae cleaners are very responsive. This is I guess my 7th ot 8th times check in just this year and I will still stay in this hotel as they value their customers very much.

Good location. Just minutes away from Market Market and BGC.

Parking is terrible during weekends. Insufficient parking space for guests. Breakfast buffet is okay and the staff is nice.

Excellent service from start to finish. The staff were very accommodating and attentive to our requests, making the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. Everything was handled quickly and professionally, and we truly appreciated the friendly atmosphere. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for great service. I will definitely be coming back and bringing my family with me next time.

accessible to the mall, and eateries

The hotel’s location was convenient to the shopping centers, but the traffic and just trying to get into the hotel was horrible. There was a horrible stench in the hallways every day, and also in the parking garage. The towels never really looked clean (except one time), and the shower and sinks had a slow drain. We called about the slow drains, but nothing was ever fixed. The housekeeping staff and bellmen were friendly, but the front desk staff need more training on customer service. We were billed “additional fees” at checkout because of “dirty” towels (that their maintenance staff dirtied), and for a key card that had an ink stain on it. We stay at other hotels regularly, and they never ask for the key cards in return or inspect them for marks; however at this hotel they had small print in their contract that they can charge fees for missing or damaged key cards, and they actually inspect them when you checkout. Treat your keycards special, but know that the hotel staff won’t treat you special,

The hotel is very accessible, close to malls and shops, but the drop-off and pick-up area needs improvement.
