Cozy, yet spacious design. Thoughtful perks like Nespresso maker with pods. Surprisingly private and quiet, despite convenient proximity to the road. The best onsen ever! With rainfall shower head. Very clean and comfy linens. Especially great pillows with feather side/buckwheat side.

The place was clean and tidy, with enough towels such that we could enjoy the onsen baths indoor and out to the fullest! There was Nespresso provided which was a nice touch, and a vending machine on the property. We would gladly stay here again. Would note however that the check-in process gave me some anxiety due to it being the first time using them, though it was easy in retrospect. Also the clothes dryer doesn't dry well in spite of running a full cycle - so that's something to keep in mind if you were thinking of doing the laundry while you sleep. Finally, I parked at night, and the path from the parking to the villa was unlit, making it a rather creepy experience if you are walking alone. Good otherwise!

Big villa, but could be hard to find. Long walk to parking (2 block), and several steps outside the door made it very hard with big luggages. Amenities very new. Though steps are big and could be hard to climb. Dryer doesn’t work very well.

I highly recommend! We loved the in-villa sauna and soaking bath. The property was spacious, serene, clean, and everything else needed for a family of 5 to relax and sight see in the area.

Excellent location, lovely villa, private, new and very clean, comfortable bedding.
Onsen is awesome, relax your body after a long day.
Parking is convenient once you locate it.
Kids enjoyed the loft.
Highly recommend for peace/quiet from city hustle.

Фантастично The unit was clean and well equipped for an extended stay. There were plenty of beds for our group of 5. We enjoyed our short stay and would certainly stay again!

The place is very nice. Quiet, onsen, kitchen, rooms, it is the entire apartment. Clean, easy to check in even though its self check in. Just print all your instructions. Now, even with the kitchen, there isnt too much of a option to get food to cook. ImBus to get there can be confusing for foreign visitors but once you figure it out, it is easy. Really enjoyed Hakone and this place made it even more enjoyable.

For a slightly larger group, the price is worth it. But we only had two adults and one 12-yo kid.
