Nice motel been there multible times beautiful property cold ac comfortable beds clean. Highly recommend when in the rRverhesd NY area.

Best rates we could find near the Hamptons, perfectly adaquate, no frills. Friendly front desk. We'll be back next year.

Good location near bus and train stations. Located near soul food restaurant.

This was a very good choice for a reasonable stay. The pool was clean and lovely. the room was very clean. The bed was not comfortable and reported to reception. I would stay there again. The price was right.

Spend more and stay somewhere else

The rooms were clean and though the buildings were dated, it seems like it's been recently renovated and they are taking steps to upkeeping the rooms and maintenance though there is still some work to be done with the ceiling of the room and the carpeting coming undone in the rooms. I was traveling with my mother and our first room had a non cooling AC and had to be switched out thanks to Jose. Very kind staff. It switched our night around for sure. So glad they accommodated us when we needed it. It was a hot humid night, that would of not been fun. Thank you. Great convenient location too. Ended up enjoying our stay.

My five-year-old and I arrived at the hotel around 6 PM. The hotel's location in Flanders/Riverhead offers convenient access to both Main Street (East and West) and the Riverside Walkway. While these are attractive features, it is important to note that the immediate vicinity remains somewhat questionable, situated between the Aquarium and the Train Station.(As close to Fun as the Danger...) As life long Southold residents we knew its past but we anticipated that the hotel's quality would reflect the ongoing development in the area. However, evidence of its past use as a subsidized homeless shelter in 2010, along with its past local operation as a cash-hourly establishment bordering less desirable areas, remains apparent to those who are discerning. Beyond these observations, the condition of the room was unsatisfactory, and the level of service was inadequate. We were compelled to accept the room despite its uncleanliness, necessitating the continuous wearing of shoes due to what appeared to be permanent stains that were, in fact, simply unsanitary. The front desk representative's response to our concerns was, "I plead the Fifth." We found ourselves in an unhygienic room infested with insects. The floor was unsuitable for walking, and the bathroom was deplorable. We resorted to using our own bedding and were met with dismissive communication from the front desk. I am sorry for being cheap. I should have stayed in the Hilton. If your Local TrUST! Its Still the Budget Inn !

We stood over July 4th wknd and honestly it was not bad at all. Room was very nice and clean, bed was super comfortable. Easy access to restaurants around town. Pool area and pool itself was very clean. It's good for a little getaway!

It was cozy. I loved it.

From outside it’s not much of a looker but the inside of the lobby and rooms were redone nicely. Only real complaint is the TV, the cable was spotty, would have been nice to have some streaming services available
