Staff was friendly, and check-in was an easy process; our room was ready for us even though we arrived quite early. The bathroom in our room was in very poor shape; functional but not at all like the pictures on the web site. We were awakened in the evening by a fire alarm which ultimately was a false alarm. The alarm rang for several minutes and we briefly evacuated our room but at no moment were we contacted by the staff to let us know that it was a false alarm. Finally, the fitness room cannot be accessed by the room key, it must be reserved at the front desk on the 7th floor (the fitness room is on the 1st floor) which is both unusual and inconvenient.

Fatanstic place. Ok so the mirror and peep hole is a little high for shorter people. Its clean, quite and staff are amazing. We booked the penthouse studios. Everything worked. We would stay again. Although we could not access the balcony for one our rooms as door was locked which was a shame.

Clean room. Breakfast was good. Quiet. Plenty of dining and shopping selections nearby. Only a few minutes walk to the train station. We only had one staff member who was a little rude when we asked about them refilling the complimentary water in the lobby. The rest of the staff was friendly and helpful.

Самостоятелен престой

There is one issue I would like to bring to the attention of Premier Suites: for North American travellers who need to check out before 7 or 6 am, it would be preferable that someone is at the reception desk and that the elevator is running. Leaving the hotel using the fire exit (staircase and exit via gym) is uncomfortable to say the least.

Room size was good for travel with family but definitely not a 4 star hotel. No ventilation in bathroom so ceiling above shower is growing mould. No daily housekeeping. Smells in entrance hallway and elevators. Excellent location and close to train, bus and shopping.
