It is an excellent modern hotel. The concierge was especially helpful. The head concierge tracked down our lost pair of shoes on taxi and arranged to send it to our home in US after we left the hotel.

Staff was highly attentive. Rooftop bar and pool were delightful. Breakfast at Virens restaurant in the lobby each day was the best I’ve ever experienced. Location 1 block to shopping. Can’t beat it!

Room was actually dark with no natural light as it was on the lowest floor possible facing a building which felt like it was adjoining the hotel building.

Staff was very courteous and rooms were very clean but small. We had an extremely warm welcome and were given complementary breakfast for our entire stay as we reached the hotel a day later.
