Overall a pleasant stay with a few notes. Breakfast was excellent — great variety every morning. The room was clean and comfortable. Front desk staff were wonderful, always greeting us warmly whether we were coming or going. A couple of things to note: communicating with housekeeping was difficult due to a language barrier when we needed something in the room. Also, the pool is advertised as saltwater but had a strong chlorine smell that lingered on skin for days afterward — worth knowing if that’s a dealbreaker for you. That said, the pool area was clean and towels were always readily available. Overall, a solid stay with great food and friendly service — just a couple of areas that could use improvement.

This was a very clean property, and the staff were very helpful and friendly, breakfast was not to my liking. Needed more options.

I was recently in Portland to attend a Golden wedding anniversary celebration with family and my grandchildren. My grandkids loved the breakfast and especially the indoor pool. All of the staff were welcoming and helpful. One day we all just walked over to the mall which is so convenient to the hotel. This is a very clean and new feeling property deserving full marks in my opinion!

Very clean and organized

It was very clean and the room and amenities were well maintained. I was very comfortable staying here.

The room had a kitchen and large bathroom, which was nice. The staff were helpful. The only downside was that the shower doesn't have a door, so the water finds it's way out onto the bathroom floor. 1st world problems.
