Very clean and nice room! Nice view to see the city.

All the staffs were so nice and warm! Their kindness made me want to visit again

Rooms were new…. in the 90s. Staff was generally rude and condescending. Price displayed on Expedia and the price charged after transaction differed by 150 usd. Pool was not able to be used with western swim suits, and my strong swimming children still required me in arms reach (both swim competitively). I have stayed in 3-5 star hotels around the world, from Tokyo, guangzhou, São Paulo, Beijing, Sanya, Lisbon Singapore and dozens of others and this was by far the worst hotel I have stayed in and should only lose the star rating it has but also remove the international from its name given how foreign guests were treated. Even to the point of always putting us in the far corner of the room away from the guests (and the food) to not disturb there actual customers. One of my larger purchasing regrets, and I think little of the cost in that sentiment.

If you like the smell of raw sewage, with extremely rude and incompetent staff to go with outdated decor and high prices then this is the place for you !

Friendly staffs

This is a great property with amazing staff. The only thing I would recommend is that one of the restaurants open past 9pm

An old school style hotel with fast water flow and full amenities provided, which is welcoming since all other hotels already moved toward more sustainable practices. Rooms are clean and kept updated.
