Wasn't sure what to expect. However, once we arrived (later at night), we followed their clear instructions and got our keys. The room was clean, spacious, and the 3 times I had a question, I got a response right away and all was well. This place will be our new GO-TO place to stay when traveling to the Seattle area. Thank you!

Absolutely lovely, cute quaint property for overnight travel stay. Close to Kirkland lake area waterfront resturants & shopping. Lacks gym; pool; laundry; manned front desk but helpful staff is readily available by phone on property

Very quiet. Comfortable bed and pillows. Snacks and ice water at front desk. Partial water view. Parking was very convenient. The rug in our room had a lot of spots. Only negative. Very nice place. We will be back..

Добре
We were so hopeful when we booked this property, the rate was competitive, but our experience had more negatives than positives. This is not a Boutique hotel, offering candy, a couple of soft drinks and coffee does not qualify. No onsite personnel. Trash stuffed behind the front desk. Lost power in the middle of the night, still out when we checked out. Air conditioner blows directly on to the bed, two speed on/off.

Although no one was ever at the front desk, staff were easy to contact by phone. They always answered promptly and were very helpful. The room was excellent. Very nice amenities, clean and great location. Would definitely stay there again.
