La persona que me atendió no habla español tenía que hacer mi Chequin y se volvió todo todo irritante ya q yo avía pagado ya casi todo y nos cobró un depósito que no nos han regresado y el n nos sabía explicar por qué para que deberían de ofrecer paquete que incluyan desayuno

Check in was easy. Room floor was so dirty, our feet were black walking around the room the first few minutes. found a ROACH our second night- in the bathroom, small which indicates an infestation, the gap between the tub and floor needs to be re-caulked. There was a mini fridge, which kept cold but no microwave. Bed was not very comfortable. Couch seemed dingy. Bath tub and vent in bathroom had rust spots. Shower curtain was all torn up and fraying- just not presentable. Overall would not stay here again.

I’m satisfied about the service, my clean room, the pool very nice at night with warm water. The parking lot, great. The staff very gentle, shoutout to Amayah😊 the front desk, always available but a little smile will be great. The only thing that I didn’t like is the water in the shower, it takes a while to get warm water and when it becomes hot, it can get cold quick or even room temperature. I highly recommend it with a 9/10👍
