Dirty room, no hairdryer, shower leaked everywhere, staff not helpful and unfriendly. Will definitely not go back there

The staff was very welcoming and check-in was easy. The room was tiny not suitable for two guests but fine for a solo stay. The only issue I had was there wasn’t any hot water the first day I arrived until the next morning. Also, the TV didn’t work, it said the coral was lost. It’s in a good and easy area to get around.

The property was clean. The room was a decent size. We had an issue with our shower, however once we advised the hotel staff they fixed it within the hour. There was breakfast option at the hotel. Lots of transportation options as well as things to check out close by. The TV in the room was slow to respond, but all the things that mattered were good.

Easy access to get into the centre and the hotel was clean. Just wish the rooms had windows that could open it was like a sauna.

Pratham at front dest was great person , our stay was amazing we really love it , next time we will chose the same hotel , recommend.
