Me and the wife stayed here for 3 nights. The hotel was very nice, the staff were very kind and helpful, the location was excellent and the breakfast was great. We also booked a private car through them to go to Ninh binh which was very nice, both the car and driver were great. If I come to Hanoi again I’ll stay here.

The hotel was convieniently located in the heart of old town Hanoi. It was clean, with all the amenities you might want. The staff really made the biggest difference. They learned my name and what I liked within a day or two. Always pleasant, always opening doors for me, always friendly and offering tips for everything from grocery stores to food and attractions. I stayed here twice and I'll stay here again next time through.

Very nice hotel and central location in Old Quarter. Staff were great. We received full service daily, even after we checked out and returned from our Ninh Binh trip 2 days later. They offered to hold our bags for a few hours until we had to depart for the airport. Breakfast was delicious, from buffet style to menu selections. Our room with a window was on the smaller side but it was enough. Quiet street and comfortable night sleep. We did not use the bar or spa.

This was THE greatest hotel I’ve stayed in, in my life. The staff was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. Location was phenomenal and safe. Highly recommended staying here to anyone traveling to Hanoi.
